Graffiti knight Cover Image Book Book

Graffiti knight / Karen Bass.

Bass, Karen, 1962- (author.).

Summary:

The police call him the Marionette Wolverine. He works at night, leaving messages on walls, telling all of Leipzig that the police are Marionetten - mere puppets of the Soviet Army that has controlled Eastern Germany since the end of World War II. By day he is Wilm, an ordinary sixteen-year-old who goes to school, fights with his father, and tries to convince his sister to smile again. The police and the Soviets are both after him, but Wilm isn't planning to be caught. He is in his element. He is in control - until one mission goes too far, and Wilm finds he may have endangered the very people he wants most to protect.
